WHAT AN AMAZING SHOWER!!!
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of helping throw one of my long time friends a baby shower. Her sisters settled on the theme A Baby is Brewing, and what a rad theme it was. We took a spin-off of a classic tale by incorporating Alice in Wonderland references. I used mini tea pots and some vintage coffee sets as flower pots. ”Drink Me” tags, lots of signs and vibrant decor, combined with rentals from Found of the coolest vintage clocks, books and the beautiful chair set the stage for a great day!
The Amazing ladies at Kristina Lee Photography stopped by and captured all the details before the guests arrived and I did my very best to take some pictures throughout the day ” I do not claim to be a photographer”!
Handmade decorations were a whimsical addition to the vintage shower.
Elise’s Mom Carol made this precious onesie banner while her sister Lauren crafted the baby in a teacup sign. Talk about a creative family.
Elise’s Friend Candy made this adorable diaper cake!
Tea Sandwiches, Fruit skewers, Scones, Gourmet cupcakes (french toast with bacon sprinkles just to mention one) Brownie pops and a Decadent Chocolate Cake made this a finger food fantasy!
One of my favorite decorations at the shower were all the flowers. They were designed by Diane of Pastels Florists in Huntington Beach and she did an amazing job! Her mix of creations with timeless flowers and vintage vases have such a modern appeal it is inspiring!
I am so happy to have gotten to work with these awesome vendors to help make this a day Elise will never forget.
Here are some more pics of this beautiful shower!
Baby O is one lucky little girl, she has an awesome group of ladies to love her
